Titan Mobile Tyres & Brakes Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides mobile tyre and brake services. By booking or instructing us to carry out work, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

- All quotations are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may vary depending on vehicle condition, additional faults found, or parts availability.
- All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Parts prices are vehicle specific and subject to confirmation at time of booking.

- Payment is due immediately upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept card payment and bank transfer.
- No credit facilities are offered unless agreed in advance in writing.
- Late payments may incur statutory interest and recovery costs in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Mobile Service Conditions
As a mobile service provider:
- The vehicle must be parked on safe, level ground with adequate working space.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring lawful parking and access.
- We reserve the right to refuse or suspend work if the working environment is deemed unsafe.
- Any parking charges, access fees, or site-related costs are the responsibility of the customer unless agreed otherwise.
We reserve the right to refuse work if a vehicle is deemed unsafe, structurally compromised, or unsuitable for repair at the requested location.

- Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to the agreed labour charge.
- Where vehicle-specific parts have been ordered, these may be chargeable if the booking is cancelled.

If additional faults are identified during the repair:
- We will contact you for authorisation before proceeding.
- No additional work will be carried out without your approval.

- Labour is guaranteed for 12 months from installation against workmanship defects.
- Parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only.
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, pre-existing faults, or customer-supplied parts.
- Any warranty claim must be reported promptly and the vehicle must not be driven if a safety-related concern arises.

We do not fit customer-supplied parts unless agreed in advance.
No warranty is provided on customer-supplied components.

All goods supplied remain the property of Titan Mobile Tyres & Brakes Ltd until paid for in full.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon installation.

We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing defects
- Corroded or seized components that fail during removal
- Indirect or consequential losses, including loss of earnings or vehicle downtime
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the service provided.

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control including parts shortages, weather conditions, or vehicle access restrictions.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
